Mr. Know Meets the Children

The Cairo International Book Fair draws over 2 million visitors each year, making it one of the biggest in the world.  SAT-7’s booth at this book fair sought to establish a face-to-face relationship with its viewers and to make God’s love visible.

Essam, also known as “Mr. Know,” is one of the most popular characters on the SAT-7 KIDS channel. Every day, countless thousands of young viewers tune in to hear him answer their questions on the show “Why is That?”  During the fair, which took place in early February, literally thousands of young viewers came up to say “hi” to Mr. Know and to get his autograph.  Essam says it was an amazing experience, “there were so many of them!  They were bringing their parents  too.  It shows that they are watching!”
