These are challenging and dangerous times. The near bankrupt state
of much of the world’s economy has many thinking about the basic
essentials of life. It’s somewhat sad to me that many people never
think about foundational questions of life except when they face a
crisis. The reality is that we never know what tomorrow holds; even if
we possessed all the riches of the world they could not provide
complete security.
But we, as God’s children through the life, death, and
resurrection of his son Jesus, have assurance that we will be with Him
