These are challenging and dangerous times. The near bankrupt state of much of the world’s economy has many thinking about the basic essentials of life. It’s somewhat sad to me that many people never think about foundational questions of life except when they face a crisis. The reality is that we never know what tomorrow holds; even if we possessed all the riches of the world they could not provide complete security.
But we, as God’s children through the life, death, and resurrection of his son Jesus, have assurance that we will be with Him for eternity, and that He will be with us on earth whatever challenges we face because He is “the friend who sticks closer than a brother.” Proverbs 18:24
At SAT-7, on all of our channels throughout the month of April, we have special programs that will highlight the hope Christians have in Christ through the power of His resurrection.

These messages are especially relevant at this time of year for viewers who need to know that there is a saviour who, through the power of His resurrection, is victorious over the sting of death.
